Terms and Conditions – CoastalDriftDesigns
1. About Us
CoastalDriftDesigns is a UK-based small business specialising in handmade coastal-inspired jewellery and sea glass art.
2. Products
All items are handmade, meaning slight variations in colour, shape, and finish may occur. These natural differences make each piece unique.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available payment methods.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

6. Returns & Your Rights (UK Customers)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content are the property of CoastalDriftDesigns and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products.
