Processing Time
Orders are handmade and processed within 2–5 working days. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Tracked delivery options may be available at checkout
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
In this case, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, and cover any return costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
